Dumbbell challenge is designed to build lean muscle and burn body fat. Circuit training is the main style used here accompanied by the use of dumbbells, and bodyweight movements. If you're looking for a challenge and want something out of the ordinary, then this is the program for you!

Loved this challenge. I didn’t know you could do all these things with dumbbells, was able to do everything from the comfort of my home. I feel much stronger , so i will probably repeat this challenge just with a heavier weight.
