Lifeline Fitness Personailzed Workout Programs are specifically designed and developed to help you learn how to properly execute movements, make the changes you'd like to experience and reach your body goals.


Custom workout programs are created to improve muscular endurance, strengthening cardiovascular capabilities, and increasing physical flexibility, depending on one’s personal fitness goals. This setup helps you stay disciplined and focused. We will put you through a workout that is based on your fitness level and goals. This is a 4-6 week plan that will fit your individual needs. Must set up a Fitness Consultation first.
