Fitness Consultation


In order to train with Lifeline Fitness you must first complete a fitness consultation. Fitness consultation allows us to assess your needs from a workout regime, so we will be able to design the right workouts for you. It is a very important step to start getting a customized personal training experience.


Fitness Consultations are performed by a Lifeline Fitness certified personal trainer and includes heart rate, blood pressure, bio-electrical impedance (body mass index, % body fat, % lean mass, visceral fat and body age), skin fold measurements; ideal body weight calculations, and fitness testing for flexibility, muscular endurance and cardiovascular.

During this we will do a health and lifestyle questionnaire; we will also discuss goals and what you are looking to achieve. This will help us design a program that fits you and your goals.
