Virtual Training


Our virtual training is similar to the one on one training only its virtual. We will set up a video chat and train that way. We will guide you through the entire workout. Virtual training creates a sense of belonging, commitment, support, teamwork, and accountability.


Virtual training is a one time online training session.Improving muscular endurance, strengthening cardiovascular capabilities, and increasing physical flexibility, depending on one’s personal fitness goals. This setup helps you stay disciplined and focused. We will put you through a workout that is based on your fitness level and goals. Many individuals have barriers to exercise, such as lack of time or interest, loss of motivation or even fear. We will set up a video call and sessions last approximately 30 minutes. We recommend that you purchase three sessions!
